7月13日(周一)，美国农业部(USDA)在每周作物生长报告中公布称，截至2026年7月19日当周，美棉现蕾率为73%，前周为60%，去年同期为70%，五年均值为72%。美棉结铃率为32%，前周为22%，去年同期为32%，五年均值为32%。美棉优良率为45%，前周为44%，去年同期为57%。
