勝利油氣管道公告称，公司预计2026年上半年录得期间溢利及期间综合收益总额分别不少于约2200万元，而2025年上半年则录得期间亏损及期间综合亏损总额分别约2540万元及约3960万元。业绩变动主要因2026年上半年焊管业务销量、高毛利率业务大幅增加，且诉讼拨备、非上市股权投资公平值变动亏损减少。中期业绩公告预计8月底刊发。
