格隆汇7月20日丨指南针(300803.SZ)公布，根据麦高证券经营发展需要，公司拟对麦高证券以自有资金增资2亿元（人民币，下同）。本次增资完成后，麦高证券的注册资本将由15亿元变更为17亿元，麦高证券仍为公司全资子公司。
