国浩集团公告称，GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad（GLM）私有化建议将于7月31日生效，该日为权益登记日。GLM股份自7月30日上午9时起于马交所暂停买卖，资本偿还结算将于8月7日进行，完成后GLM将从马交所除名。该关连交易日期为7月31日。公司董事郭令海已就相关董事会决议案放弃表决权。
