北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）7月20日，益丰药房发布公告称，因经营发展需要，根据相关规定，公司召开董事会提名委员会与第五届董事会第三十一次会议，同意聘任胡建霞为公司副总裁，同时不再担任公司助理总裁职务，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满日止。
