格隆汇7月20日丨中谷物流(603565.SH)公布，为提高募集资金的使用效率，2026年7月20日，经公司董事会审计委员会及第四届董事会第十九次会议审议通过，公司拟使用不超过3.75亿元募集资金进行现金管理，自公司董事会会议审议通过之日起12个月内有效，在上述额度内，资金可以滚动使用。
