新京报贝壳财经讯 7月19日，世运电路公告称，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购总金额不低于2亿元且不超过3亿元。回购价格不超过55元/股。回购的公司股份拟用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购期限为自公司董事会审议通过本次回购股份方案之日起不超过6个月。
