7月20日，上海机场（600009.SH）公告称，7月20日，公司收到控股股东机场集团提议，在制定2026年度中期利润分配方案时，将中期现金分红比例提升至55%左右。公司2025年度股东会已授权董事会实施2026年度中期分红，董事会认为提议符合规定，拟在审议2026年半年度报告时履行相应程序和披露义务。
