上海市气象台7月19日14时35分更新中心城区暴雨黄色预警信号为暴雨橙色预警信号：预计今天半夜以前，杨浦区五角场、新江湾城等街镇将出现1小时100毫米以上的短时强降水，暴雨黄色预警信号更新为暴雨橙色预警信号，强降雨可能引发城市积涝、交通拥堵等情况，请特别加强防范。
此前发布的中心城区冰雹黄色预警、大风黄色预警、雷电黄色预警信号依然维持。
上海市防汛指挥部维持中心城区防汛防台Ⅲ级响应行动。
