7月19日，三星电气（601567）发布公告，董事、总裁程志浩因个人原因辞职，之后不再担任公司任何职务。
公司于2026年7月19日召开董事会，同意提名葛瑜斌为非独立董事候选人，并聘任沈国英为公司总裁。
2026年一季度，三星电气实现收入32.37亿元，归母净利润1.67亿元。
