中国国航公告称，7月17日，公司及国航进出口公司与空客公司订立协议，购置15架空客A350 - 900飞机，目录价约60.9亿美元（约合人民币413.7亿元）；附属公司深圳航空同日与空客公司订立协议，购置40架空客A320NEO系列飞机，目录价约63.5亿美元（约合人民币431.4亿元）。本次交易属主要交易，尚需股东会审议通过及国家有关部门批准。飞机预计2029 - 2032年分批交付。
