7月13日至14日，甘肃省甘南藏族自治州夏河县遭遇强对流天气引发山洪灾害。7月16日，在夏河县麻当镇孜合孜村的临时安置点，镇村干部、医务和警务工作人员及热心群众等各司其职，齐心协力做好受灾群众安置工作。
