闺蜜到家做客都必点的一道夏季开胃下饭小凉菜

都说夏天是一年当中最难熬的一个季节，天气热得让人茶饭不思，没有胃口，明明肚子空空，却不知道吃点什么好，这个时候凉菜就成了大家都非常喜欢的美食！

今天给大家分享一道夏季非常受欢迎的小凉菜，每次女闺蜜来到家里都点名说要吃我拌的海带丝，说就怀念这个味道，今天就把它分享给大家，希望大家多多支持一下。

海带的营养价值非常的丰富，它属于藻类食物，其中比较有代表性的营养成分是碘，含量较高。除此之外，还含有钙、B族维生素、维生素K、钾、膳食纤维等成分。平时适当吃海带，有助于身体健康！

1.准备食材，海带丝适量，海带丝我们可以那种包装好的，最主要的是干净，容易清洗，用起来更方便。青红辣椒可以增香提色，小葱香菜，大蒜头适量！

2.首先把海带丝泡发，然后把食材清洗干净，青红小米辣切圈，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，小葱切成葱花，香菜切段备用！

3.海带丝泡发之后清洗干净，起锅烧水，放入海带丝，煮开一分钟左右即可捞出控水，然后放入凉开水中放凉，再次控干水分，放入碗中备用！
