美国得克萨斯州联邦陪审团周四判定，铠侠公司侵犯威亚萨特公司（Viasat Inc． ）一项闪存相关专利，需向后者赔偿 2.29 亿美元。美国得克萨斯州西区联邦地区法院陪审团认定，铠侠侵犯了威亚萨特编号为 8，615，700 的美国专利。判决书载明，这笔 229，025，021 美元赔偿金属于持续许可费性质，仅用于弥补铠侠截至 2026 年 3 月 30 日的过往侵权损失。
