7月16日，根据国家金融监督管理总局发布的行政处罚信息，北京赛福哈博保险经纪有限公司上海分公司因利用业务便利为其他机构或个人牟取不正当利益，被罚款13万元。巩建秋（时任负责人）因同样的违法行为，受到警告并罚款4.5万元。
