7月16日，有市场消息称，韩国检方近日对澜起科技、日本瑞萨电子及美国Rambus在韩国的办公室展开突击搜查，调查三家公司涉嫌串通半导体零部件价格一事。
记者就此事致电澜起科技董秘办，相关工作人员回应称，目前还在了解事情进展和具体情况，暂无法提供更多信息。
受上述消息影响，澜起科技股价7月16日午后出现大幅下挫，截至发稿跌幅达18%。
