7月16日，内存接口芯片龙头澜起科技盘中跳水，截至发稿，跌幅超15%，报213.29元，总市值2631亿元，成交额达170亿元，暂居A股第四。
澜起科技H股亦大跌，截至发稿，跌幅超20%。
A股市场上，半导体产业链今日集体下挫，存储芯片方向领跌，除澜起科技外，艾森股份、精测电子、天山电子跌幅亦超10%，德明利、华天科技跌停。
