夏天必吃的一道美食：苦瓜炒肉

苦瓜虽然很苦，但仍然有很多人说苦瓜是夏天必吃的一道菜，你们知道为什么吗？

原来，吃苦瓜有那么多好处，难怪很多人都说夏天要多吃苦瓜，苦瓜可以清热解毒，消渴，苦瓜还含有苦味素、生物碱类物质、维生素、微量元素等物质。苦味素有增进食欲的功效,健脾开胃;这么有营养价值的食物，确实应该多吃！

很多人说苦瓜太苦不愿意吃，其实是你们方法没有做对，你要像我这样做，我保证你不吃苦瓜的也能吃一点，能吃苦瓜的还会爱上吃苦瓜哦。

这就是我今天要给大家分享的美食—苦瓜炒肉，一口肉一口苦瓜，自然就没有那么苦了，美食与营养双丰收，何乐而不为呢？

1.食材准备，新鲜苦瓜两个，新鲜瘦肉适量，大蒜头，小米辣适量！

2.首先将瘦肉切成厚薄均匀的肉片，放入碗中码味，加适量盐，料酒，胡椒粉，生抽，少许老抽上色，用手抓拌均匀之后再加适量干淀粉，再次抓匀之后加少许食用油，锁住水分腌制十分钟左右备用！

3.其余食材清洗干净，苦瓜对半切开，掏去瓜瓤，切成片，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，小米辣切圈备用！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中加适量盐和食用油，煮（加油盐可以使苦瓜在焯水的过程中不会变色，还能保持翠绿的关键技巧）水开之后倒入苦瓜焯水，煮至断生之后即可捞出控水！

5.再次起锅烧油，油热倒入肉片滑散至定型，下入蒜泥和小米辣炒香，然后倒入苦瓜，调味加适量盐，鸡精味精，生抽，蚝油，快速翻炒均匀之后即可起锅装盘！
