7月15日，津荣天宇（300988.SZ）公告称，公司于2026年7月15日首次以集中竞价交易方式实施股份回购，回购数量395,500股，占总股本0.20%，最高成交价14.13元/股，最低成交价13.80元/股，成交总金额553.68万元（不含交易费用）。公司曾于7月3日审议通过回购方案，资金总额1750万~3500万元，预计回购股份占总股本0.30%~0.61%。后续将择机回购并依规披露信息。
