7月15日，华海药业（600521）发布公告，公司召开第九届董事会第十四次临时会议，同意聘任徐学健为公司副总裁兼首席质量官，负责公司的质量管理和分析检测工作。
徐学健于2026年6月起就职于公司，之前曾任职于江苏恒瑞医药股份有限公司（600276/01276）等多家知名企业。
2026年一季度，华海药业实现收入23.35亿元，归母净利润4.04亿元。
