7月14日，惠达卫浴（603385.SH）公告称，公司控股子公司北流新盛达拟向圣力华福转让其持有的广西新高盛100%股权及公司及北流新盛达对广西新高盛的相关债权。其中股权转让价格为1元，债权转让金额为6800万元。本次交易预计将减少公司2026年度归母净利润3200万元左右。
