记者从水利部门了解到，7月12日至14日，辽宁中东部地区普降大暴雨、局部特大暴雨，浑河发生1995年以来最大洪水，沈阳站14日16时27分水位39.36米，洪峰流量4030立方米/秒。
截至15日上午，浑河干流6个水文站超警戒水位，其中，黄腊坨站（辽阳市灯塔市）、邢家窝棚站（辽阳市辽阳县）均超警2米以上，水利部门持续部署浑河巡堤查险和抢险工作。
