电投产融7月14日公告，预计2026年上半年归母净利润17亿元-18.5亿元，比上年同期（重组前）上升270.47%-303.16%，上年同期盈利4.59亿元。该公司称，报告期内业绩变化的主要原因是2025年底公司完成重大资产重组，根据《企业会计准则》相关规定，电投核能正式纳入公司合并报表范围，致公司经营业绩大幅增加。
