7月14日，东兴证券（601198.SH）发布公告称，公司与中国国际金融股份有限公司、信达证券（601059.SH）股份有限公司拟由中金公司（601995.SH）通过换股方式吸收合并东兴证券、信达证券。近日，中国证监会就本次交易涉及的行政许可申请依法予以受理。本次交易尚需上交所审核通过及证监会批准，能否实施存在不确定性。
