新京报讯 据“中国红十字会”微信公众号消息，7月14日，针对河北承德洪涝灾害，中国红十字会总会启动四级应急响应。根据灾区需求，向受灾地区调拨赈济家庭包、卫生包、棉被、毛巾被等物资共10000件，支持灾区做好群众转移安置和生活保障工作。
