CCTV国际时讯消息，当地时间7月13日，巴西总统卢拉在一场公开活动上表示，美国总统特朗普发帖称要向通过霍尔木兹海峡的油轮货船收取20%的“过路费”，这种行为就叫“海盗”，美国已沦为“海盗国家”。
卢拉还重申，不能接受美国以所谓“伊朗想要制造核武器”为借口发动战争。他批评美国撒谎，称美国如今的所作所为就像当年发动伊拉克战争一样，找的借口同样莫须有。
