7月14日，财闻海外资讯消息，SK海力士已开始为龙仁半导体集群首座晶圆厂Y1订购先进DRAM制造设备。初步商议的初期投产规模为每月2万片，生产目标为第六代10纳米级（1c）DRAM。Y1首个洁净室（ph1）原计划于明年5月启动，现已决定将日程提前至明年2月开始构建试产生产线，并随后在3月至4月左右开始全面安装设备，以将产能提升至每月2万片。
