台风 “巴威”还在北上，又有新台风生成。 今年第11号已于13日上午在西北太平洋洋面上生成。8时其中心位于距离美国关岛西偏南方向约930公里的洋面上，中心附近最大风力8级（18米/秒），中心最低气压为998百帕。
