壳牌7月13日宣布，已与印度阿迪亚·比拉集团旗下可再生能源平台Aditya Birla Renewables（ABRen）签署协议，将以18亿美元出售旗下Sprng Energy集团100%股权。交易预计于2026年底前完成，仍需获得监管批准并满足惯常交割条件。Sprng Energy拥有5.0GWp可再生能源资产组合，其中3.3GWp已投运、1.7GWp已签约，主要向印度配电公司供应风电和太阳能电力。
