格隆汇7月13日丨国锐生活(00108.HK)公告，梁浩鸣因其他业务承诺而辞任独立非执行董事，自2026年7月13日起生效。梁浩鸣亦将自同日起不再担任(i)公司审核委员会及公司提名委员会的成员；及(ii)公司薪酬委员会主席。
董事局谨此宣布，陈鹤男已获提名为执行董事兼董事局副主席，自2026年7月13日起生效。刘冰洋已获提名为执行董事，自2026年7月13日起生效。黄一宁已获提名为独立非执行董事，自2026年7月13日起生效。
