【沈阳启动全市防汛二级应急响应】财联社7月13日电，沈阳市防汛抗旱指挥部13日6时提升全市防汛应急响应级别至二级。受强降雨影响，13日晨，沈阳市区出现大面积严重积水，73处积水路段点位全部封闭。同时，沈阳数十条公交线路临时停运，沈阳地铁1号线部分车站临时关闭，9号线停运。铁路沈阳站、沈阳北站出行全面受阻，大量火车晚点。
