盛夏时节，贵州省六盘水市迎来避暑旅游旺季。当地夏季平均气温19.7℃，素有“中国凉都”之称。每年夏季举行的马拉松赛事吸引数万名跑者前来，赛道沿途山水相映、凉风习习。不少游客也来到这里晨跑健身、漫步湖山，感受19℃夏日的清凉与惬意。
