步骤一；

准备食材，新鲜胡萝卜一根，包菜半个，土鸡蛋三个，小葱两根，大蒜头少许！

步骤二；

把食材清洗干净，胡萝卜切成均匀的细丝，小葱切成葱花，包菜也切成均匀的细丝，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，鸡蛋打入碗中充分搅散备用！

步骤三；

开始制作，首先起锅烧油，油热以后倒入鸡蛋，把鸡蛋炒至定型之后捞出备用！

步骤四；

锅留底油，放入蒜泥和葱花爆香，然后倒入包菜丝和胡萝卜丝，翻炒均匀，炒至包菜断生倒入鸡蛋开始调味，加适量盐，鸡精味精少许白糖，生抽和蚝油各少许，充分翻炒均匀，炒至入味之后即可起锅装盘！
