记者在南通公安交管支队了解到，7月12日17:15，因风力逐渐减弱，沪苏通大桥变更等级管制，限速60，禁止厢式货车（包含集装箱货车）、危险品车辆、三超车、中大型客车通行。
此前，苏通大桥、崇启大桥均已解除特级管制。
