台风“巴威”登陆 上海中心千吨阻尼器明显摆动

7月12日，第9号台风“巴威”登陆后，位于上海中心大厦125层的“镇楼神器”——重达1000吨的阻尼器摇摆幅度明显增大，通过消耗风力等外部力量产生的能量，帮助大厦在强风等极端天气条件下保持稳定、减少晃动，为632米的摩天大楼减振以抵御台风影响。
