7月11日22点左右，台风“巴威”的12级风圈已经上岸，浙江中南部沿海地区有不少自动站记录到12级以上的大风，从雷达图上看，台风结构还算不错。登陆后会带来很强的风雨，今晚对于浙江沿海地区而言注定是非常具有挑战的：狂风，暴雨，还要注意海潮。
