受台风“巴威”影响，7月11日下午，上海轮渡全线停航。虹口公安分局交管支队闻“汛”而动，立即在大连路隧道用警车护送非机动车过江，预计相关措施将持续到夜间10点。复兴东路隧道等其他有条件的隧道均有安排警车护送过江。
