这款甜品食谱，不用发酵，烘烤时间短，出炉香气扑鼻，春节做做看

还有两天就是除夕了，在春节前我也终于预约到了打疫苗的时间。网上预约，方便又快捷，到了之后排队不到五分钟就走排到了。

回来后拍了食谱之后，正是下午茶的时间，而今天正好有早上做好的提子司康，咬上一口，松软醇香，搭配一杯热茶喝，特别舒服。

制作司康最大的特点就是不用发酵、简单翻拌就能入烤箱烘烤，烘烤时间还比较短，所以相比于发酵时间长的面包、烘烤时间长的蛋糕，司康有着绝对的优势，属于心血来潮就能制作出来的甜品。

假日里，突然想吃甜点，就可以翻出食材，做些形态随意又好吃的司康，让喜庆的节日里也甜甜蜜蜜。

【提子司康】

食材准备：

黄油55克

泡打粉5克

盐2克

糖25克

蛋黄35克

低筋面粉250克

牛奶95克

提子干35克

朗姆酒15克

做法：

1、55克的黄油，先放到温暖处软化，我一般是放在暖气上等个15分钟，用筷子扎一下，轻松能穿透，这就是软化好了。接着放入细砂糖，打发到黄油变白。

2、接着放入2克盐，继续打发一分钟的时间。

3、这里用35克的蛋黄，只用蛋黄，剩余的蛋黄液可以用于涂抹司康表面。蛋黄分几次放入，每次都是蛋液和黄油充分打发融合再放入剩余的。

4、接着筛入250克的低筋面粉和5克的泡打粉，再倒入牛奶，用硅胶铲翻拌均匀。

5、最后放入提子干，这里说一下，提子干是放入朗姆酒中浸泡的，没有朗姆酒，可以用纯净水代替。

6、揉好的面团擀成2厘米厚度的面饼，有圆形模具的可以压出小圆饼状，没有的则可以就这样切成8块，表面涂抹上蛋液。

7、烤箱设定185度，预热5分钟后将司康放在中层，烤15分钟就可以了。出炉后的司康，最是松软可口，做的多出来也不怕，凉透后密封保存，2-3天内口感都很好的。https://github.com/chemiser92/xcvenw/blob/main/tTfozJ.md
