7月10日消息，据报道，三星电子正在研发一款名为GAIA的AI PC加速芯片，并已向联想集团和惠普提供原型产品进行性能测试，计划于明年开始量产。GAIA采用4纳米制程工艺，搭载神经处理单元（NPU），面向生成式人工智能任务，并设计支持存算一体（PIM）技术。
