诺亚控股公告称，公司拟维持2025年末期股息总派额3.06亿元不变，因股份变动，每股派息由0.933元调至0.892元。截至6月11日，已发行股份3.28亿股，后因发行新股及注销回购股份，增至3.43亿股。除净日为7月8日（联交所）、7月9日（纽交所），记录日为7月9日，股息将于7月30日派发。
