上海宝济药业公告称，7月9日，公司以每股19.07-19.87港元的价格，于香港联交所回购153,200股股份，占有关事件前的现有已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的0.09955%，付出的价格总额为2,992,004港元。公司可根据购回授权购回股份的总数为15,432,725股，截至7月9日累计购回股份583,400股。未经港交所批准，公司在此次回购后30天内不得发行新股或出售库存股份，暂止期至2026年8月8日。
