7月9日，红太阳（000525）发布公告，预计2026年半年度归母净利润为9500万元至1.05亿元，同比增长145.58%至150.37%。
公告指出，公司业绩扭亏为盈的主要原因是主业经营持续改善及子公司债务重组收益确认。预计本期非经常性损益约为1.38亿元，主要来自上述债务重组收益。
2026年一季度，红太阳实现收入6.73亿元，归母净利润320万元。
