阿拉伯国家联盟（阿盟）7月8日发表声明称，以色列拒绝阿盟秘书长法赫米对巴勒斯坦被占领土的访问。声明说，巴勒斯坦方面通知阿盟秘书处，以方拒绝了法赫米原定8日的访问。法赫米原计划当日访问位于巴勒斯坦约旦河西岸地区的拉姆安拉，并与巴勒斯坦总统阿巴斯举行会晤。（新华社）
