【美国MBA抵押贷款申请上周下降2.2%】财联社7月8日电，截至7月3日当周，美国抵押贷款银行家协会(MBA)的抵押贷款申请指数下降2.2%，而前一周保持不变；购房抵押贷款申请指数下降0.6%，前一周增长0.5%；再融资抵押贷款申请下降4.1%，前一周下降0.7%；30年期固定利率平均水平为6.58%，前一周为6.57%；再融资贷款占比40.6%，前一周为41.4%。
