北京商报讯（记者李秀梅）7月7日，金融监管总局、上海市人民政府发布《加快上海国际再保险中心建设的若干措施》，其中提到，探索拓宽巨灾风险等特殊风险分散渠道，支持保险机构在临港新片区开立托管专用账户和资金结算专用账户，用好跨境再保险分入业务收入境外投资便利化政策。落实数据安全管理政策，更新再保险数据出境操作指引，优化数据跨境服务。
