格隆汇7月6日丨精艺股份(002295.SZ)公布，全资子公司广东精艺销售有限公司（简称“精艺销售”），根据税务机关要求，对涉税事项开展自查，经自查，精艺销售应补缴2023年税款190.75万元及滞纳金72.68万元，合计263.43万元。截至本公告披露日，公司已将上述税款及滞纳金缴纳完毕。本次事项不涉及税务行政处罚。
