近日，国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局网站发布行政处罚信息公开表，内容显示，阳光财产保险股份有限公司东营中心支公司因委托未取得合法资格的机构从事保险销售活动，被国家金融监督管理总局东营监管分局罚款7万元。
同时，时任阳光财产保险股份有限公司东营中心支公司车商部经理周鹏对上述违法违规行为负有责任，被国家金融监督管理总局东营监管分局处以警告，并罚款1.5万元。
