6月29日～7月05日，北京市商品住宅成交1108套，成交金额81.06亿元。其中，位于丰台区玉泉营街道的北京建工·嘉棠雅序以149套、1.62万平方米、11.3亿元成为上周北京楼市“三冠王”。
6月27日，嘉棠雅序开盘即实现30亿元销售金额。据悉，项目共规划11栋住宅545套房源，户型建面约99-139㎡的三居至四居，主力户型99㎡和109㎡。
