当地时间5日，位于上尼罗州的南苏丹人民国防军基地遭袭，造成5名士兵死亡。据悉，袭击者已被击退，其身份尚不明。
南苏丹政府对此予以谴责，称袭击是“为了破坏即将到来的大选”。此前南苏丹全国选举委员会宣布将于今年12月22日举行全国大选。（总台记者 邓雪梅）
