今天（7月5日）14时许，广西钦州海上搜救中心发布“情况通报”称：
2026年7月4日18时许，散货船“中泓发展”轮在钦州港外锚地海域遇险失联，船上有11名船员。
接报后，钦州海上搜救中心全力组织搜救。
截至7月5日上午9时50分，已有10人获救生还，另有1人无生命体征。
目前，相关善后处置和事件调查工作正在进行中。
